Parents are vital partners in the education of their children. Both experience and research tells us that a child’s education succeeds best when there is involvement, communication and a strong partnership between home and school.

ATTENDANCE

State law requires that children of school age attend school It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to make sure that their child(ren) attned school regularly.

Why is it essential that your child attned school regulary?
* Attending school regularly will make the most of your child's education
* Your child will build each day's learning on the previous day

Things your can do to help:
* Make sure your child attends school regularly and arrives on time
* Try to make children's appointments (with doctor, dentist, haircusts, etc) after school or on early release days

When a student is absent from school, the student, upon returning to school must bring a note signed by the parent describing the reason for the absence.

Excessive tardiness will be addressed by the Superintendent

BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION PROGRAM

Help our school collect Box Tops. This is a very easy way to earn money for our school. All you hve to do is clip, save the box tops and send them to school with your child. At the end of every other six-weeks (1st, 3rd and 6th Six-weeks) the class with the most box tops earns a treat! So start clipping!

Another great way to earn points is by registering online. Click on the image to the right to register online.
